The Bud Shop
Command C worked directly with the Budweiser team to design and build their first, internal online shop for Budweiser merchandise. The key challenges and goals of the project were to integrate the new Shopify Plus store seamlessly with the existing main Bud site, duplicate the age-gate, but ensure that users don’t get double age-gated when navigating between both sites, and integrate with Bud’s fulfillment center.
Because this project was built on Shopify Plus, we were able to make more customizations to the checkout process than Shopify typically allows. This included things like email validation and stylistic changes to match Budweiser’s brand. This project represents significant validation for Shopify as a main contender in enterprise-level ecommerce across major brands.
