WordPress Sites We Love

by Mary Barbour on 0 Comments

We couldn’t spend this month on the blog discussing everything we love about WordPress without leaving you with some of our favorite WordPress sites.  That way you can see firsthand some of the creative ways people are using WP, and the wonderful versatility it offers.

WordPress is currently in use by 48% of the top 100 blogs out there.  That’s a pretty significant number, and it includes Laughing Squid, Flavorwire, Tech Crunch and Mashable, just to name a few.

The New York Times Blogs

The biggest name in news, delivering vital information from around the world, minute by minute. Enough said.

MTV News Room

Social Sharing, Music, TV, Movies and News all-in-one.

TED Talks Blog

Of course the group devoted to spreading valuable ideas and insight is using WordPress.

WSJ Blogs

Culture, Media, Entertainment, Celebrities, Politics, and more. Image heavy and easily searchable.

Toledo Art Museum

Visually stunning and packed with lots of integration, this one is definitely tops on our list.

These are just some of our favorites, but you can look here for a whole slew of stand-out sites built on WordPress. Let us know what your favorites are.
